Pax: daily Stoic wisdom and an AI mentor that listens
Pax is our wellbeing app: every day a quote from Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Epictetus and other classics, and every night a reflection ritual guided by an AI mentor. It is live on Google Play with a 4.86★ rating.
Why we built it
To end the day with some calm instead of more noise, and to prove we can take an AI product from idea to store, with real users who pay and give feedback.
The hard parts nobody sees
Pax is our technical showcase for AI products:
- Mentor replies streamed word by word, with memory of what you already shared.
- Pax Plus subscription verified on the server, not on the phone.
- Cost per conversation measured and watched, so AI doesn't eat the margin.
- “Niebla”, our own design system: typography, colour and components made for the app.
What publishing taught us
Google Play review, payment policies, bugs that only show up on certain phones and how to measure whether a fix really works. We have already walked that road, and it is the road we save our clients.
