Data controller

The controller is the owner of this website, PlisPlas, identified in the legal notice (/en/legal-notice/). For anything about your data: info@enunplisplas.com.

What data we process

We only process personal data if you write to us, through the contact form, by email or on Telegram. Browsing the website gives us no data about you: we use no cookies, analytics or advertising (see the cookie policy).

• Contact form: first and last name, email and/or phone, company (if you give it), what you need help with, how you heard of us and your message.
• Along with the form we store the IP address, the browser it was sent from and the date, as a record of your consent and to stop automated (spam) submissions.
• Email: your address and whatever you tell us in the message.
• Telegram (@enunplisplas_bot): your name and Telegram username, the details you give us (company, email or phone if you provide them) and your messages. If you ask one-off questions, an AI agent answers them and we tell you beforehand.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use this data to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or discuss a project. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the form's box or by writing to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and, when you request a quote, taking steps at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The record data (IP, browser) is processed under our legitimate interest in proving consent and protecting the form (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we make no automated decisions with it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation or the project lasts. If no business relationship follows, we delete it at most 12 months after your last message. If one does, we keep what is needed for the periods required by law (for example, tax). Whatever you send us on Telegram is deleted after 12 months all the same, and you can delete it sooner at any time by writing /borrar to the bot.

Who else sees it

We do not give your data to anyone. To operate we use these providers, which process it only on our behalf (processors):

• Google Cloud / Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.): receives the form and stores it on servers in Madrid (europe-southwest1 region).
• IONOS (IONOS SE, Germany): hosting of the website and email.
• Google (Gmail): enunplisplas.com mailboxes are forwarded to a Gmail account. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, United Arab Emirates): if you choose to write to us on Telegram, your messages go through their service, under their own privacy policy. What you give us is stored on a PlisPlas machine of our own in Spain.
• Anthropic (Anthropic PBC, USA): if you ask the AI agent a question and our own model is unavailable, the text of the question (never your contact details) is sent to their Claude model to answer it, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or take it with you (portability), and withdraw your consent without affecting what was done before. Write to info@enunplisplas.com saying which right you want to exercise; we will reply within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
